When it comes to earning, the website Casumo estimates that Cruise earns $7.091 per spoken word, or $205.639 per 10 seconds of dialogue.
They are in second and third place on this list Kurt Russell with 5.682 per word and Johnny Depp at $4.877 per spoken word.
In women, Cameron Diaz, now retired, leads with $4.637 per spoken word, largely thanks to the movie "Bad Teacher."
What's interesting is that this calculation does not include the previous earnings of the movie "Top Gun: Maverick".
