A month after the tragic accident, a freight train from Athens arrived in Thessaloniki

Around 7.30:XNUMX this morning, the cargo train of "Hellenic train", which left Athens last night, arrived in Thessaloniki, so after a break of one month, due to the accident at Tempi, the cargo trains on the specific route gradually started running again, the Greek state television ERT reported. .
It is about a train with about 20 wagons, which, according to ERT, was transporting pipes, and they were planned to be delivered a month ago.
According to the same information, all procedures are carried out at low speed and with great care, after the accident at Tempi on February 28, in which 57 people lost their lives, and since then the railway traffic in Greece has not been completely restored to normal.
