All participants in the Local Elections 2021 are obliged one day after the end of the election campaign, ie one day before the second round of voting - October 30 this year, to prepare to the State Audit Office, the State Election Commission and the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption to submit a Report with a form for the received donations on the transaction account for financing the election campaign, indicates the State Audit Office (SAO).

For that purpose, as they say, the SAO on October 30 will ensure regular operation of the Archive for receiving reports as of 24:00, and at the same time will provide electronic receipt of the official address of the SAO: [email protected].

- We point out that the Report with a form for the received donations on the transaction account for financing the election campaign, the participant in the election campaign is obliged to prepare on a form prescribed by the Minister of Finance, ie in accordance with the Rulebook on the report form with specification of expenditures for revenues and expenditures on the transaction account for the election campaign and report on received donations on the transaction account for financing the election campaign, point out the SAO.

An integral part of this rulebook, they added, is the Instruction on how to fill in the report form.

- Political entities are obliged to publish these reports on their websites, emphasized by the SAO.
