For those who remember, George Clooney suffered an almost fatal motorcycle accident in Italy in 2018. Three years after the accident, the actor finally spoke about the details of the moments that he considered to be "the last minute of his life".

In 2018, the Hollywood legend was hospitalized after being hit by a car in Sardinia, where he was shooting the movie "Catch 22".

The 60-year-old was launched from his engine, through the handles, and in the windshield of the Mercedes car, which turned right in front of him.

The driver called the emergency services and an ambulance and fire brigade arrived at the scene, where George was lying dizzy and screaming.

But the crowd soon began to gather while the actor was on the ground.

George is now calling on bystanders who recorded the incident on their phones instead of helping him while he felt he was on the verge of death.

"I was waiting for the life switch to turn off. "I am fine now," he said.

"If you are in the public eye, what you realize when you are on the ground thinking it is the last minute of your life is that, for some people, it will be just fun for their Facebook page. It makes you take them all one by one and shake them. "

Shortly after the accident, the actor from "Ocean Eleven" said that his seven-year-old wife Amal forbade him to ride motorcycles again. After hitting the car at 120km / h, he said he and his colleague, executive producer Grant Heslow, were retiring from motorcycling.

"Grant is out. We screwed up and our wives said, "You can never get on a motorcycle again," he said.

Just a few months after the accident, the actor announced that he would donate his Harley-Davidson.

However, the iconic actor does not give up his youthful spirit, so for turning 60 this year he was brutally honest and quite direct about his feelings towards the turning point.

"It is difficult to turn 60. "But either it is or you are dead," he said.

He described the next 20 years of his life as a "chalcion" and stressed the need to celebrate it.

"We need to focus on the work we do to be just what we need, what we feel in our chests."

Clooney's latest project is the adult drama and paternal figure "The Tender Bar," which he directed and is expected to hit theaters on December 17.
