British Prime Minister Boris Johnson will not get more penalties for "Downing Street Parties" after police said they had completed an investigation into gatherings in his office, writes The Guardian.

Police say they betrayed a total of 126 notifications of fixed fines, which cover all 12 investigated events.

Johnson and his wife, Kerry, received fixed fines last month for attending a birthday party, but will not be fined again. "Matt police have confirmed that they are not taking any further action against the prime minister," said a spokesman for Johnson.

Of course, a similar assurance was given to Mrs Johnson. Cabinet Secretary, Simon Case, did not receive any punishment, but Matt did not confirm whether he could still receive punishment.

While Johnson receives only one fine would seemingly limit the chances of Tories trying to oust him, he now faces the release of a full report on illegal rallies by a senior civil servant. Sue Gray, which officials say will be released next week.
