The organizers of the Oscar film awards announced that the American host and comedian Jimmy Kimmel will once again host the formal ceremony at which these prestigious awards are presented.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences hopes Kimmel, who hosted the Oscars in 2017 and 2018, will help boost viewership for the televised event after last year's incident at Will Smith и Крис Рок.

The award ceremony will take place on March 12 at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, USA.
