Jeremy Irons has bought an island: I am more and more involved in agriculture, and less and less in acting
The famous British actor Jeremy Irons was a guest on the TV show "Late Night with Seth Meyers" and talked about his career, private life and retirement plans.
We recently saw Jeremy in "House of Gucci" where he masterfully played the role of Rodolfo Gucci.

"I bought an island not far from the family home which can be reached by swimming. I will raise ponies and cattle. "Lately I have been doing more and more agriculture, and less and less acting," revealed the 73-year-old actor.
Irons won an Oscar in 1991 for his role as Klaus von Bullow in Reversal of Fortune. He seems to have achieved everything he wanted in his career, and concluded that he needs a break from the entertainment industry.

The island, which Irons bought, is about 200 meters by air from the 15th-century Irish castle of Kilco, which he bought in 1998 with his wife, British actress Shinead Cusack.
