Ingredients for 1 serving:

– 1 slice of rye bread

– 1 full teaspoon of ricotta cheese

– ½ avocado (ripe)

– 1 tomato

– a little lemon juice

– 1 teaspoon of fried pine nuts (also called pine seeds or pine nuts)

– 2-3 leaves of basil

- salt and pepper (optional)


1. Spread ricotta on the bread.

2. Cut half an avocado and a tomato into thin slices, then mix them with a little lemon juice.

3. Arrange the slices of avocado and tomato alternately on the bread and season them with a little salt and pepper if desired.

4. Decorate with scallions and basil leaves.
