– 1 slice of rye bread
– 1 full teaspoon of ricotta cheese
– ½ avocado (ripe)
– 1 tomato
– a little lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon of fried pine nuts (also called pine seeds or pine nuts)
– 2-3 leaves of basil
- salt and pepper (optional)
Preparation:
1. Spread ricotta on the bread.
2. Cut half an avocado and a tomato into thin slices, then mix them with a little lemon juice.
