The Ministry of Health informs that, according to the data from the Institute of Public Health, in the last 24 hours, 4.021 tests were performed, and 1.172 new cases of KOVID-19 were registered, in: Skopje - 629, Bitola - 109, Kumanovo - 64, Ohrid - 53, Stip - 36, Tetovo - 35, Kavadarci - 30, Veles and Kicevo - 27 each, Prilep - 25, Strumica - 24, Gostivar - 23, Resen - 20, Gevgelija - 19, Struga - 11, Negotino - 9, Sveti Nikole - 7, Kriva Palanka and Bogdanci - 5 each, Kocani - 3, Radovish and Vinica - 2 each, Berovo, Debar, Valandovo, Kratovo, Krushevo, Demir Hisar and Dojran - 1 each.

Out of the total number of positive (1.172), 145 reinfections were registered.

553 recovered patients were registered from: Bitola - 144, Prilep - 65, Skopje - 53, Kumanovo - 40, Kavadarci - 24, Stip - 22, Veles - 20, Gevgelija and Kocani - 19 each, Radovish - 18, Tetovo - 14, Kicevo and Negotino - one 13, Kriva Palanka and Bogdanci - 10 each, Gostivar and Sveti Nikole - 9 each, Delchevo - 8, Demir Hisar - 7, Resen and Valandovo - 5 each, Krushevo, Makedonski Brod and Pchechevo - 4 each, Strumica, Berovo, Kratovo and Probistip - 3 each, Vinica and Makedonska Kamenica - 1 each.

Over the past 24 hours 12 deaths were registered: six from Skopje (65, 69, 70, 78, 83 and 84), 3 from Bitola (32, 72 and 79) and one deceased person each from Veles (30), Ohrid (63) and Prilep (62). The reported persons died in hospital.

According to the Register of Deaths with Diagnosis KOVID-19 from Moj Termin, one deceased person was reported from Strumica (59) died on 15.01.2022, in hospital.

Of the total number of deaths (n = 13), five people were fully vaccinated.

So far, a total of 1.727.856 tests of Covid-19 have been performed in the country. The total number of KOVID-diagnosed persons in our country since the beginning of the epidemic is 250.876, the number of cured patients is 223.606, the number of dead is 8.166, and the number of active cases is 19.104.
