Two people from Kumanovo are suspected of having attacked a fellow citizen in a field near the city, and one of them ran over the victim's leg with his vehicle, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
"SVR Kumanovo filed a criminal complaint against N.S. (51) and B.T. (47), both from Kumanovo, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of a crime of "violence".
