Twenty-one years since the death of the defenders at Ljubotenski Bachila

In three locations in the municipality of Gjorce Petrov, today will be marked the 21st anniversary of the death of the defenders at Ljubotenski Bachila.

Flowers will be laid at the Memorial Fountain of Tomislav Nastevski-Bumbar, at the Monument to the Defenders in Volkovo, where the central event will take place, and at the Monument to the Defenders in the regional park.

On August 10, 2001, an army truck stepped on two anti-tank mines on the road near Ljubotenski Bachila. Tome Badarovski, Gotse Chankulovski, Branko Janev, Tomislav Nastevski, Marjancho Boskovski, Ivica Zlatevski, Tome Dimovski and Rade Jankovski, members of the reserve army, lost their lives.
