NBA star Kevin Durant has decided to ask to be traded to the Boston Celtics.

One of today's best basketball players last week asked the owner of the Brooklyn Nets to choose between him and coach Steve Nash and general manager Sean Marks.

The owner Tsai decided to support Nash and Marks, which for Durant means he will have to leave Brooklyn and his choice is the next club in his career to be the Boston Celtics.

Brooklyn and general manager Marks of Boston are looking for a possible trade to include Jaylen Brown, as well as Marcus Smart plus several first-round NBA draft picks in the next few years.
