The duodrama "Nine" by the author and director Goce Ristovski will be premiered in the building of the Cinematheque, in the studio of ESRA, on December 29, starting at 20 pm. The roles in the play are played by Zorica Pancic and Blagoj Corevski. The visual design is by Stojance Velickovski - Grbtvorac, and the project assistant is Marija Panzova.

The dramatic text "Nine" was published in the book "9 - 4 x 9" by Goce Ristovski, where it was translated into Serbian, Bulgarian and Russian. The premiere of the duodrama was in 2016 at the Cultural Center in Novi Sad, directed by Bogdan Jankovic, with actors Sonja Lestar and Lazar Jovanov.

Several theatrologists have a critical review of Ristovski's duodrama, and among them prof. Dr. Mimoza Rail.

- Perhaps no other theatrical play in recent decades has actualized to such an extent and in such a mortal way the search for a way out of the crisis value situation in which man found himself in modern civilization. Ristovski's drama is a cry and a plea for the salvation of the individual, the salvation of the tender human feeling, the salvation of nature and naturalness. That is why the key question that Ristovski asks in the drama is: How to save the man in the middle of the ninth circle of hell, in which he found himself?

This same question in the history of aesthetics was once posed by Herbert Reed, who said that the only salvation of man in the midst of all chaos is only in art. Hence, Ristovski's "Nine" locates the man in hell, but also gives the man salvation from this agonizing-dark situation - through the nine muses of inspiration - says prof. Dr. Mimoza Rail.
