After the entire class was expelled from the elementary school "Miroslav Krleža" in Zagreb, Croatia - the administration decided to expel the one who caused the parents to react in this way, i.e. the only violent student who remained in the class.

The nine-year-old boy, by decision of the Ministry of Education, will be transferred to another school, only after all the parents have unregistered the children attending that class. The authorities, as "Index" writes, did not react in time, even though the media disclosed the case at the end of the last school year.

This is a scandal, these children had their first day in new schools today, we have been intensively calling for a solution and asking for help since March when the situation escalated, said the parents' lawyer Ana Maria Vegar, adding that this kind of situation is unprecedented.

She asks if there is an option for students who have withdrawn to return to their home school.

Moving to new schools was complicated. There were 14 different families, the children are victims again, but this time from the institutions, said Vegar.

According to the lawyer, the children were brutally abused, with pushing, hitting their heads on the table, bruises under their eyes, mental abuse, insulting words.

As for the sexual abuse, it should be said that the boy does not distinguish between male and female peers, this violence is perpetrated on everyone by pressing against a wall and imitating a sexual act, said the lawyer.

Then some children asked for psychological help, the teacher was on sick leave, but in the end it culminated in the dismissal of the children from school.
