Airy, homemade bread with a crispy crust is perfect for breakfast with different spreads, and far tastier than the one from the bakery.

If you are not good at kneading dough, you will especially like this recipe. You won't sweat while preparing the dough, and the final product will delight all family members.

Ingredients:

- 500 grams of flour

- 500 milliliters of water

– One brown spoon of salt

– 1 brown spoon of sugar

– One bag of dry yeast

Preparation:

Put the yeast in a bowl of lukewarm water, add a little flour and a teaspoon of sugar, then beat the mixture and leave it for five minutes for the yeast to activate.

Then, in a large bowl, add the flour, then the activated yeast and a teaspoon of salt, then mix everything well with a fork.

The batter will be very thin, but don't worry - it should look that way at that stage. Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise for an hour and a half.

When you see that the dough has doubled in size, mix it again with a fork and let it rest for another hour. This is how much is needed to create holes in the dough.

Put the container in which you will bake the bread in the oven to heat up well, then carefully remove it, line it with baking paper from the inside and add the dough, then cut it. Cover the container, put it in the oven and bake the bread covered like this for half an hour at 220 degrees.

Then remove the lid and reduce the temperature of the oven to 200 degrees, then bake until the bread gets a crust.
