Dodik: We will stimulate our boys to go to Serbia, serve their military service and return to Republika Srpska
The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, said that they are looking for a way to include the youth from that entity in the regular military service in Serbia.
"Through certain solutions, we will stimulate our boys to go to Serbia, serve their military service and return to Serbia. We will see how we will provide faster employment or other type of privileges and support to the young people who accept this," Dodik told "Večernje Novosti".
He assessed that Serbia's position as a "militarily neutral and freedom-loving country is the only possible one, but it is important to strengthen its army."
Dodik stressed that the Republika Srpska makes sure that Serbia "strengthens its military power and is able to deter all military alliances, including NATO, from any interference."
"The leadership of Serbia and President Aleksandar Vucic have my absolute support. It is a responsible team that weighs all the most important national and state issues and makes decisions based on that," concluded Dodik.
