Serbian media.

"They were terrible, they entered with guns. I closed the door and woke up my wife, the children were sleeping. After two minutes there was a loud knock on my door. I opened the door, as soon as I opened the door, a policeman punched me in the eye and just said - "tie him up". And then they tied me up and when they beat me, the children looked at me. They threw me in the toilet, three of them beat me. They didn't say why. They didn't say anything. They just started beating and said that we Roma are very bad people and that they will make sudjuk out of me. They asked me why I live in the north, and that they should change my first and last name", says Jahirović.

The police in Kosovo, on the other hand, denied the claims of the Jahirovic family.

"The Kosovo police did not use violence against any person, the police units are present to prevent crime, take care of citizens and protect public and private property," the statement said.
