Private sector employees will receive vacation pay known as K-15 by the end of the year.
The recourse for annual leave this year will be in the amount of a minimum of 11.457 denars.
According to the data on the movement of the net / gross salary per employee, K-15 for this year will range from a minimum of 11.457 denars and up. The calculations are made according to 40% of the amount of the average net salary in the last three months or 40% of the amount of the average gross salary in the last three months.
A condition to be met for the annual leave rebate is that the employee has worked for at least 6 months in the calendar year with the same employer, and every employee has the right to recourse once a year.
For employers who do not give K-15 or demand it back from employees, there are large fines, up to 4.000 euros.
