The director of the real estate cadastre agency, Boris Tundzev, tonight in the show "Top Topic" on Telma TV said that if the cases for legalization of the buildings of the President and the Government are in procedure, they are "de facto illegal constructions".

"First, these two objects are objects of a special nature, and there the procedure to execute a bill of quantities and to register them is completely different from the registration of any other object. These are buildings, residential buildings of the President, the Government and the state, and they are buildings of the first category and for them, as far as I heard the director of general and common affairs Mr. Mircevski that the procedure is over. If it is understood that the procedure is completed, it may mean that they may have received a decision for legalization or is in the process of making a decision of the Government by which the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre will be obliged on the basis of a bill to register the internal surface ", Said Bundzev.

Asked whether the buildings of the president and the prime minister are illegal constructions, Tundzev said that if the cases are in process, they mean that they have not been legalized yet.

"At the moment we have no record. "As soon as the director of the service of general and common affairs says that it is in procedure, they should submit the documents," Tundzev said.
