Due to a systemic problem, the oligarch Oleksandar Onishchenko received Macedonian citizenship. Whether or not there will be anyone responsible for the omission that the American ambassador also warned about, remained unanswered, because neither the director of the National Security Agency (NSA) Zarko Milosevski nor the president of the parliamentary committee for the supervision of the security services Ljupcho Prendzov did not answer, because the information is at the level of a state secret and cannot be shared with the public. This is briefly the epilogue of the report of the new director of ANB Milosevski before the Commission on the "Onishchenko" case.

- It is a legal obligation to refer to the "Onishchenko" case. Before the Parliamentary Commission, I explained the facts and arguments in detail, and given the fact that it was a sensitive matter and classified information, I could not give more details about the referral, and all the answers will be given by the President of the Commission and the deputies - said Milosevski.

Prendzov informs that in the case of "Onishchenko" it is a question of systemic failures. With the cancellation of citizenship, the Government has actually confirmed that it is a systemic problem.

– The session was closed at the level of a state secret. The Director of ANB presented certain activities that the Agency has undertaken. As the president of the Commission, I am concerned that the Agency is filling the front pages with negativity, and I believe that it must be put to an end. There should be order, professionalism and ANB to be the guardian of the state. Given the confidentiality of the information, we were informed about some system failures and got a sequence of what happened from the discovery of the "Onishchenko" case until now. The director and the predecessor are appointed by the prime minister, that is, the government, and he is accountable to the prime minister and the government on a daily basis. We are a member of NATO, we can be the government and the opposition, we can discuss daily politics, but when it comes to the professionalism of the security system, we must be on top of the task. The government should take responsibility for the work of the Agency - said Prendzov.

He informs that with today's referral of the director of the ANB, the information about the "Onishchenko" case ends. Nor did Prendzov answer whether and who will be held responsible for the "Onishchenko" case.

- The information we received will be delivered to the Prime Minister and the Government. They will have to answer - said Prendzov, who stopped the committee's discussion about the bomb reports because the director of the ANB and the majority requested that the discussion be closed to the public.

He believes that it will not be of any use if only 14 deputies know the information about the bomb reports, when it must not be shared with the public in order to calm the panic and chaos among the citizens.
