He accuses Osmani of manipulating key parts of the protocol, "repeating a Bulgarian thesis that is obviously close to you: that we have allegedly undertaken an OBLIGATION for historians to overcome the most delicate topics within a certain time, ignoring the key coin in the text - ACHIEVE to achieve results ".
