SEC, officially: Duka won in Debar, the difference before Pocesta is only 138 votes
According to the preliminary results announced by the State Election Commission half an hour after midnight, Hekuran Duka, from DUI, supported by SDSM and the coalition, received the most votes in the second round of voting.
Duka won 4.291 votes, ie 49,69 percent, while for his opponent Bekim Pocesta from the Alliance for Albanians / Alternative, voted 4.153 or 48,09 percent.
Out of the 19.211 registered persons with the right to vote, about 27% exercised this right at 45 polling stations.
