7 rules for the Margaret Thatcher diet:

  1. Lunch and dinner are subject to change.
  2. If the exact amount is not specified, your favorite product can be eaten in the amount that suits you.
  3. Eggs can be partially or completely replaced with cheese.
  4. Sweets can be used, but without sweeteners.
  5. Eat fruit and drink plenty of clean water.
  6. Do not eat before you feel hungry.
  7. Reduce the amount of salt to a minimum, replace it with spices.

Day 7:

Third week:

Breakfast is the same: 2 boiled eggs and grapefruit.

Day 1:

Only fruit is allowed all day.

Day 2:

You can only eat cooked vegetables

Day 3:

Only fruits and vegetables are eaten all day

Day 4:

Four meals consisting of small portions of fried or roasted fish, lettuce, cooked or roasted vegetables.

Day 5:
