Today, a Commemoration will be held in honor of the Macedonian composer and conductor Aleksandar Dzambazov, in the Foyer of the National Opera and Ballet at 10 am, and his last farewell to the city cemetery in Butel at 12 pm.

Maestro Dzambazov's son, actor Igor, announced that today will be the sending of his father to eternal rest. Igor wrote that the funeral will be closed, due to covid protocols.

"Dear friends. Tomorrow we will send my father Aleksandar, your favorite maestro, uncle Aco, Dzambaz to eternity… The commemoration will be at the MOB at 10 o'clock, and the funeral at 12 o'clock. The Dzambazovi family thanks you for your support and kind words. We would like to inform you that the funeral will be closed, due to the protocol protocols. Everyone who wants to say goodbye to you will be able to do so from Saturday onwards. "Please understand," Igor said yesterday on his Instagram account.
