Day of mourning in Republika Srpska due to the murder of the three Serbs in Kosovo

In Republika Srpska, a day of mourning has been declared today, due to the killing of three Serbs in an armed incident that took place on Sunday in the north of Kosovo.

The flags of the institutions of Republika Srpska are lowered to half-mast, and television and radio content, as well as all sports and entertainment events planned for today, will be adapted to the Day of Mourning.

The decision to declare a Day of Mourning was made by the RS Government in a telephonic session.

Deputies of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska paid tribute to the Serbs who died in Kosovo at the beginning of the session on Tuesday.

In the Church of Christ the Savior in Banja Luka today from 18:00 a memorial service and candle lighting for the murdered will be held. The commemoration is organized by the Cabinet of the President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska in cooperation with the ecclesiastical municipality of Banja Luka.
