Dacic says that Serbia is not politically neutral regarding the Russian attack on Ukraine

Serbia condemns the Russian attack on Ukraine and is not politically neutral on that occasion, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic told Voice of America.
"We voted for all the resolutions that were in the United Nations and in some other international organization condemning the violation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine," Dacic said when asked about Serbia's non-compliance with the decision of the European Council to extend the embargo against Russia due to the annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol in 2014.
Dacic, who as a member of the Serbian delegation is in New York at the 78th session of the General Assembly of the United Nations, emphasized that the issue of territorial integrity and sovereignty has become an important topic in international relations.
"And then we wonder if that applies to our case as well, and obviously it doesn't." And then you see that there are double standards and standards. And when you ask that question, you should take care of your state and national interests, when you discuss the measures or activities you take at the multilateral level," Dacic said.
