Dacic repeated: Serbia will implement the Ohrid Agreement up to its red lines
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Ivica Dacic stated today that his country is ready to implement the agreement reached in Ohrid, but up to the red lines.
- And our red lines, what we do not agree with, our reservation and what we have the right to and exempt ourselves from it - is mutual recognition: no recognition of Kosovo and no membership of Kosovo in the United Nations, said Dacic in Brussels, where participates in a donor conference to raise funds for Turkey and Syria.
The head of Serbian diplomacy said that Serbian national interests are preserved in Ohrid, Radio Free Europe reports.
He added that the establishment of the Community of Municipalities with a Serbian majority in Kosovo will be legally binding for Pristina.
The process of dialogue, according to him, is only in the direction of normalizing relations and nothing more.
- I think this is a continuation of what we started ten years ago, and in this regard it is very important to know that this is an agreement for further steps in the normalization of relations, and not for status issues, emphasizes Dacic.
