SNS membership mobilized - Vucic: I will clean this city of those who think they can rule Serbia
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic came to Novi Sad after the premises of the "Serbian Progressive Party" party were painted over during the protests in this city, and the protesters threw stones.
Like what Serbian media report, the supporters of Vucic mobilized in front of the headquarters as soon as possible - the atmosphere was tense, and the entire protest from before, which was held in the square in Novi Sad and in front of the city assembly, was given a political sign. In his address to his voters, Vucic said that he will "cleanse this city of those who think they can rule Serbia."
Vucic also said that a fierce action will begin tomorrow.
"From tomorrow, the fiercest possible action against all drug dealers begins." We will clear Novi Sad of those who thought they could rule Serbia. "I came because tonight they trampled on our flag," he said.
Vucic said Serbia will defend its flag and punish all perpetrators of crimes.
"We will never allow anyone to step on our Serbian tricolor again. Those who attacked police officers will be held accountable before the law. Our language must never be the language of revenge. You will not wait long, there will be opportunities, we will beat them again. It is not for us to rejoice, but to bow our heads and once again look at our mistakes. "We will not give them Novi Sad," said Vucic.
Ministers in the Government of Serbia and representatives of the Serbian Progressive Party strongly condemned tonight's vandal attacks on the city hall in Novi Sad, the tearing of the Serbian flag and the attack on the SNS premises in that city.
City councilor Miran Pogacar entered into a discussion with supporters of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) in front of the SNS City Committee in Novi Sad, where the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, arrived shortly after 22:00 p.m.
To the reporter's question N1 meaning they are not aggressive, one woman, an SNS supporter, shouted: "Did we break something here, did we tear the flag?" the woman asked, accusing the reporter of reporting on the attack on the City Hall by masked people who were breaking them the windows.
She yelled at the reporter and pushed her, continuing to yell.
SNS supporters invited the N1 team to film someone with a hammer trying to enter the premises of the SNS City Board:
Pogacar pointed out that it is a shame that Vucic is coming to Novi Sad today, asking why he did not have the courage to appear before the citizens, but instead gathered his supporters.
He repeated that Prime Minister Milos Vucevic and Novi Sad Mayor Milan Djuric should resign.
"
The only solution is resignation. So I came to tell their supporters who pushed me. "There were 20.000 people in Novi Sad tonight and this shows that people are extremely revolted and dissatisfied and will continue the revolt if the resignations are not submitted and the documents are not presented," he said.
The citizens who protested, showing their revolt, and demanding responsibility for the accident in which 14 people died, were joined by masked people who threw torches and firecrackers in the City Hall.
