The company "Adora Engineering" announced today that an agreement only for the lease of the heating plants in Skopje, if there is no clear intention to buy and sell the heating plants "Istok" and "Zapad" at this moment is enormously harmful for them, with additional losses of over 550 thousand euros per year .

In a statement regarding the progress of the talks with Elektrani na North Macedonia (ESM), from the company of Vancho Chifliganec they repeat that they are ready, if they collect the claims from the past period, to sell the heating plants at the same price at which they bought them. They say that they want all procedures to be carried out transparently and in accordance with legal regulations.

As they state, on August 18 of this year, ESM initially sent a request to "Adora Engineering" to submit an offer for the purchase and sale of the "Istok" and "Zapad" heating plants, to which they responded positively.

""Adora Engineering" in the best interest of the citizens is very clear and transparent in its answer that it agrees with this request and we are ready if we collect the claims from the past period, which are legally due to us, to sell the property at the same price at which we bought it. Of course, we want all procedures to be carried out transparently in accordance with legal regulations. The prospect of reaching an Agreement only for lease if there is no clear intention to buy and sell at this moment is enormously harmful for "Adora Engineering", i.e. in addition to the losses so far, it would put the company at a loss of over 550 euros every year," the statement reads. .

If a lease and purchase agreement is not reached, they add, the only way to provide heating for the city of Skopje is for BEG in business-technical cooperation with ESM to continue illegally using the property owned by "Adora Engineering," which is a direct violation of the right to property.

"Adora Engineering", as before, remains cooperative to the end in the interest of citizens and conversations, but we must be decisive that in these times of world crisis we must make reasonable decisions for our company, the company states.

On September 1 last year, Vancho Cifliganec's company was put up for public auction for the sum of 9,26 million euros including taxes. bought the heating plants "Istok" and "Zapad", which were in bankruptcy, and represent basic assets for the regulated production of thermal energy in the city of Skopje. Shareholders in "Toplifikasi" then claimed that Chifliganec he bought the company at three times lower than the actual price.
