Four women from Debar claim that Dr. Asani examined them in the home practice, Veaposka paid 1.000 denars each for the examination
Four women from Debar, together with their husbands, told a notary public that in the private practice of the director of the Struga hospital and gynecologist, Dr. Muhamed Asani, their pregnancies were monitored at different times in the past, "Free Press" has learned.
The notary statements that we received in our editorial office were given to the investigating authorities, after the State Sanitary and Health Inspectorate entered the doctor's house last week where he found a fully equipped gynecological office without documents, which Dr. Asani claimed to have possesses, but does not examine in it. As no patients or medical staff employed in this practice were found, the SSHI could not confirm that the doctor had examined and treated in this practice. However, notarial statements shed new light on the whole situation. One of them refers to the period seven years ago, ie the next pregnancy in the office according to the statement was in 2012/2013.
- We sent these notarized statements to the SSHI on Friday together with other women whose pregnancy was also monitored by Asani. The inspectorate has had the echo recordings since I sent them the report. He examined me after work. I paid him 1000 denars for each examination, and I went every 10 days. "Pregnancy only cost him 300 euros," Veaposka told Sloboden Pecat.
