Four conditions for entry into Montenegro
As of today, Montenegrin citizens and foreigners can enter Montenegro through all border crossings by showing a digital certificate.
- Individuals must have proof that they have been fully vaccinated with the prescribed number of doses of the new coronavirus vaccine before entering Montenegro, issued by an authorized health facility and not more than six months after receiving the last dose of the vaccine; a negative PCR test result for a new coronavirus issued by a registered laboratory and not older than 72 hours, is indicated in the statement.
As a third condition for entering Montenegro, they state the possession of a positive result from the PCR test for the new coronavirus, which is issued by a registered laboratory and which is older than ten days and not older than six months from the date of issuance of that test.
- A fourth possible condition is a negative result of a rapid antigen test of Covid-19 issued by a registered laboratory and is not older than 48 hours, is added to the statement.
If Montenegrin citizens and foreigners do not have that evidence, and have permanent or temporary residence in Montenegro, they can enter Montenegro by imposing a quarantine measure or self-isolation of 10 days.
