A Macedonian team of mathematicians won four medals at the Junior Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (JBA) 2022, which was held in Sarajevo from June 28 to July 3.

As announced by the Union of Mathematicians of Macedonia, Damjan Davkov won a gold medal, Leonid Todoroski - a silver medal, and Dimitar Fidanovski and Marko Mitevski won bronze medals.

- Marko Serafimovski and Nina Lameva also successfully participated in JBMO 2022. Damjan Davkov won the gold medal with the maximum number of points. This is the biggest success in the last ten years, informs the Union of Mathematicians.
