The Customs Administration (CU) prevented an attempt to smuggle four used motorcycles and other goods that a Macedonian importer tried to import without declaring them among the declared goods for customs clearance.

According to the CU, a Macedonian importer tried to smuggle goods worth 473.632 denars among the declared goods for customs clearance. Among the undeclared goods are four used motorcycles with a value of 392.285 denars, as well as a sander, a drill press, tires for cross bikes, tires with aluminum rims, a metal safe, a pneumatic gun, a grill and coils of rubber hoses worth 81.347 denars.

Undeclared goods have been seized, and the importer will be charged with the crime of smuggling in accordance with Article 278 of the Criminal Code.
