The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bujar Osmani, in his role as chairman of the OSCE, had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Ivica Dacic, regarding, as he says, the concern of the military build-up on the border between Serbia and Kosovo.
Osmani adds that the decision to start withdrawing the army from Serbia is to be welcomed, adding that the OSCE is ready to help reduce tensions.
