The Bulgarian authorities "comb" organized tourist trips

Bulgarian authorities have implemented new controls for unfair practices in organized tourist trips. The employees of the Ministry of Tourism together with the Consumer Protection Commission, Executive Agency "Automobile Administration" (IAAA), National Revenue Agency (NAA) and the Economic Police performed controls at the Kapitan Andreevo border crossing. 25 buses arriving from Turkey were checked.

An inspection was carried out at the tour operators - organizers of legal trips, performance of the activity. The "Automotive Administration" found violations during an inspection of one of the carriers, writes "24Chasa.bg".

The surprise checks of the control bodies together with the Ministry of Tourism will be carried out throughout the year and will be carried out not only at the border control points in the country, but also at strategic tourist sites in the interior of the country, the Ministry of Tourism said.
