You will need only a few simple ingredients to make this delicious felt cake. The exact measurements are included below, but here is an overview of what you will need:

Cream cheese: It may be a low-fat cream cheese, but if you want, you can absolutely use full-fat.

Vanilla extract: Try to use the real thing - pure vanilla extract - not artificially flavored things.

Sweetener: Stevia. You can probably use a granular sweetener instead, but think before you use a powder sweetener to prevent a grainy texture.

  1. Soften the cheese. Start by putting the cream cheese in a cup. Soften it in the microwave.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients until completely smooth - be patient!
  3. High level microwave for 90 seconds.
  4. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then turn over on a plate.

Does it taste the same?

No. If you want a cheesecake, we highly recommend this wonderful creamy keto cheesecake.

But even though it is not a real cheesecake (the relations are different), it is very close to the real taste. The texture is creamy, has a pleasant vanilla flavor, and is just sweet enough.

This cup of keto cheesecake comes out inflated from the microwave and then swells a little, although it retains a nice volume. The center is only slightly sunken, but that center will end up at the bottom of the cake - once you turn it over on a plate, the top is nice and smooth.

Does it taste like an egg?

There are more eggs here in terms of cream cheese than in the traditional cheesecake.

It is wonderful and creamy and has enough flavor to the real cheesecake that you may not be advised to make too often, because it is really good and in the end you will eat more than enough.

If you add more cream cheese, it will have less egg flavor. So, if you try the recipe as it is written and you do not like it, you can try to add more cream cheese.
