Bronze for Borjana Pop Atanasova at the European Junior Judo Cup
The Macedonian contestant Borjana Pop Atanasova won third place on The European Junior Judo Cup which is held in Skopje.
On the first day of competition in SC "Jane Sandanski", our representative Pop Atanasova had the most remarkable performance, winning the bronze medal.
In the fight for the bronze, she was more successful than the representative of Slovenia, Tara Janjic, defeating her with Ippon, which led her to the podium and brought Macedonia the first medal of this competition.
On Sunday, in the second competition day, eight more Macedonian representatives will perform, from whom the Judo Federation of Macedonia also expects excellent fights and medals.
