Brnabic couldn't sleep because of the wording "Republic of Kosovo" on her government's website
The Prime Minister of Serbia Ana Brnabiќ she called the posting of the wording "Republic of Kosovo" on her government's website a "crass mistake" that left her unable to sleep, prompting fierce reactions from the local public.
The controversial wording on the government website appeared in the English version of the report from last week's parliamentary debate on Kosovo.
- I could not sleep at night. I do not know what to do. Should I kill myself? I can't do that. But I am very sorry that part of the opposition is using it to score political points - Brnabic told RTS.
She explained that the error, which was quickly corrected and which, in her opinion, represented a major disciplinary offense, was made by an experienced English translator.
