The current Prime Minister of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, does not seem to remain at the head of the Government of Serbia. As the daily newspaper "Nova" has learned, Brnabic is the most serious candidate for taking over the post of president of the Serbian Parliament, reported the correspondent of MIA from Belgrade.

- Serbia should have a new Government by the end of the summer, and as things stand now, Brnabic will no longer have the main say in Nemanjina 11 (the Government), reported Nova.rs.

As the newspaper learns, her new role will be in the Parliament, where Ivica Dacic will succeed the president.

The constitutive session of the Assembly of Serbia should be held at the end of July or in the first days of August, after which the new president of the Parliament will be voted on.

- Brnabic is mentioned as Vucic's first choice for that position and this is already known in the governing coalition of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), an unnamed source told Nova from SNS.

Belgrade media announced two days ago that Finance Minister Sinisa Mali is the most serious candidate for the new prime minister of Serbia, stating that he is already writing the exposé.

- It is true that the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, stated that there are four candidates for the mandate position, two of whom are known to the public, two are not, and among them there are also non-party experts, but it seems that at this moment Minister Mali is on the threshold to become the first person of the Government, reported the newspaper Danas, referring to a source from the current government.
