One of the biggest pop stars in music history, Britney Spears continues to talk about the things that happened while she was under her father's 13-year legal guardianship Jamie Spears, which was given to him by the court.

In her latest Instagram post, Spears compared herself to the singer Jennifer Lopez, explaining how she was treated over the past 13 years.

"I'd like to see someone tell Jennifer Lopez to sit eight hours a day, seven days a week... without a car." I would love to see the management team tell Jennifer Lopez to go through what I went through. What do you think she would do? "Her family would never allow that," Spears wrote.

The singer noted that her longtime security team would not allow her to leave the house and that she had no privacy while changing in her home.

"The worst part is that my own family locked me in that place for four months," she wrote, adding that they abruptly stopped her regular medication and then drugged her with lithium.

“During the four years I worked in Vegas, I had a day off every six weeks. I asked to be connected with producers who would create an interesting sound. They told me 'no,'" she recalled.

In her post, Spears also commented on the negative experience she had at the Disney Awards.

"I went to the Disney Awards, where there were four amazing vocalists who did exactly what I wanted to do for those 14 years. Short remixes of my top five songs in five minutes. My kids were watching the performance and said 'Mom, why did they do that?' They ruined everything for me, embarrassed me and made me feel like nobody and nothing," concluded Spears.
