In February, the most Russian soldiers were killed or injured per day since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine more than two years ago, the latest British estimates showed.

The British Ministry of Defense in its latest daily intelligence review of the war in Ukraine, published today, estimates the daily death toll of Russian soldiers in February at 983.

The report states that a total of over 355.000 Russian soldiers have been killed or injured so far.

"Although costly in terms of loss of life, the result increased pressure on Ukrainian positions along the front line," the British Ministry of Defense said.

The ministry in London has been updating the war data daily since the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022.
