Borrell warned: Russian war crimes will not go unpunished

The high representative of the European Union, Josep Borrell, said today that "Russian war crimes will not go unpunished", and that the EU will continue to support Ukraine.

- Another senseless and large-scale Russian missile attack on Ukraine that indiscriminately destroys infrastructure and medical institutions, deliberately targets and kills civilians, Borel wrote on Twitter.
