The special hospital "St. Erasmus" in Ohrid for the first time received a neurosurgical microscope with which a brain tumor operation was performed, informed on his Facebook profile the former Minister of Health Venko Filipce.
Today, with my colleagues Dr. Milosevski and Dr. Micunovic, we performed surgery on a brain tumor with a surgical microscope. This sophisticated microscope provides an accurate and detailed image of the operating field. Now in the hospital "St. "Erasmus" with the help of this modern method and the expertise of doctors will be able to perform difficult operations in the field of neurosurgery, and patients will not have to travel to Skopje for surgery, he wrote.

He wished his colleagues success in their further work, and the patient who underwent surgery today to recover as soon as possible.
