According to the new Law on Urban Planning, the damages that would arise from the suspension of the plan and the elimination of the shortcomings of the urban plan will be borne by the Municipality of Centar, informed today at the session of the Council of the Municipality of Centar, Mayor Sasa Bogdanovic.

- If the suspension procedure is initiated and the desired effect is not achieved, we may face damage, stressed Bogdanovic.

The decision for suspension with the new law, as he informed, has now been transferred to the Council of the Municipality of Centar.

- Although we do not have a methodology for the reports, we have prepared them, we have stated our indications for shortcomings. In order for the Ministry of Transport and Communications to submit the opinion elaborations, in order to make a final decision on the suspension, an opinion should be obtained from the Ministry of Transport and Communications, which has not specified the methodology. said Bogdanovic.

Councilor Jana Belcheva Andreevska stressed that the mayor has been trying to justify himself for some time.
