The Minister of Transport and Communications Blagoj Bochvarski says that the information about his departure from the ministerial position and about the reconstruction of the government cabinet are speculations.

- I think that these are speculations, because both the Government and the SDSM party had a position on that issue. What we heard and saw, here is the Minister of Local Self-Government, Goran Milevski, resigned, we heard that his deputy would be Risto Penov, an experienced politician and former mayor, I believe that with his experience, he will help in the work of the Government. As for the rest of the issues, I think they are at the level of speculation, said Bochvarski today in a guest appearance on TV 24, when asked if there will be a reconstruction of the Government and if he will leave his post.

Bocvarski, among other things, said that urban plans must be respected and greenery must not be destroyed.

Regarding the proposal of the law on the legalization of illegally built buildings, which has been submitted to the Parliament, he said that it is legitimate and not to be adopted if there is no interest from the Parliament, but that the vulnerable categories of citizens who have built a home should be helped. He points out that from the text of the law, all the contents that caused public reactions have been removed.

- The law is in the Assembly, we submitted it, after the first hearing there was another one, with many stakeholders, we cleaned up what the citizens reacted to, and protected zones and everything that was for public inspection and was commented on, in the end we created a new much shorter one solution, and the Parliament has to decide whether it should be adopted or not. We have nothing against it, even if it is not adopted, there are citizens who always ask for it, and there are citizens who are against it, as with any legal solution. If there is no interest in the Parliament, then it is legitimate for the majority not to adopt such a law, Bochvarski said.
