The attacks on Milorad Dodik on basic rights and freedoms in Republika Srpska show that he is on the authoritarian path of President Putin, the US Secretary of State wrote on Twitter today.Anthony Blinken.

Dodik is the president of Republika Srpska, a representative of the Bosnian Serb community in the country and a member of the presidency of BiH.

He has been under American sanctions for years, and these days he further violated themall with the United States and Britain, announcing that it was severing relations with their diplomatic representatives in BiH because they interfere in internal affairs.

Blinken adds in the tweet that the US ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Michael Murphy, "continues to advocate for a democratic and prosperous future that all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina deserve".

Dodik: Republika Srpska will declare independence if Schmidt imposes the property law
