The best Macedonian swimmer Mia Blazevska-Eminova won 29th place in the 50m backstroke at the World Swimming Championships in Budapest, Hungary.

Blazevska-Eminova swam the 50-meter section in 30.61 seconds, which was seven hundredths of a second slower than her reported time.

In the end, the Macedonian swimmer won 29th place out of 39 registered swimmers in this discipline.
Earlier, Blazevska-Eminova at the WC in Budapest, set a new Macedonian record in the 100m backstroke with a time of 1: 04.11 minutes.
