"The Business of Pleasure" by Gotse Cvetanovski won the award for the best feature film at the "Riverside Film Festival" in California, USA.

The festival, which was held from April 10 to 14, in its 22-year existence, advocates for the promotion of brave films that deal with social challenges, but also speak of the audacity of the human spirit.

Cvetanovski is happy that the film has been awarded for the second time in the USA, after last month it was declared the most impressive film at the 30th edition of the "Sedona International Film Festival" in Arizona.

– California is the center of the American film industry, and of course as an author I am proud that we won an award here, and that in competition with American films with much bigger budgets. I can't wait to finish this world festival tour and present it to our audience in September. I expect the film to open topics for discussion on several levels, but above all I want us to continue the trend of recent years, in which domestic viewers regain their trust and desire to watch Macedonian films, says Cvetanovski.

"The Business of Pleasure" has so far received eight awards at film festivals around the world, five of which are for the best feature film.

The film follows the story of a journalist who, haunted by the disappearance of her best friend, prepares an undercover operation to uncover a women trafficking ring. But as her accomplices close in on the boss, the situation spirals out of control.

The roles are played by Musa Isufi, Sladjana Vujosevic, Ismail Kasumi, Damjan Cvetanovski, Osman Ahmeti, Eleni Dekidis, Mendim Murtezi, Exona Salihu, Avni Dalipi and Katerina Kocevska, and Cvetanovski also signed the script. The producers of the film are Driton Ramadani, Bogdan Jonchevski and Gotse Cvetanovski.

The film was shot with the support of the Film Agency.
