Bytyqi: Northern Macedonia is a trusted partner of investors

Presentation of the benefits and business climate for investment in Northern Macedonia, strengthening of business ties between the two countries as well as nearshoring opportunities for Danish companies, were the goal of today's roundtable attended by the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, coordination of economic departments and investments. Fatmir Bytyqi, together with a number of representatives of Danish industries and the Director of Danish Industries, Jens Holst Nielsen.

The focus, as reported by the government press service, was on energy and the processing industry.

Bytyqi sent a message to the audience that Northern Macedonia is a trusted partner of investors and that they can count on an open door and help in their investment decisions in our country.

During the second day of his business visit today, Deputy Prime Minister Bytyqi also met with Filipe Wallot, CEO of Danske Bank, which is the largest bank in Denmark operating in the Nordic countries and beyond.

At the meeting, as informed, they discussed the possibilities for financing infrastructure projects, energy and education as well as exchange of experiences for online banking.
