Bislimoski revealed how much we will pay to Cifliganec so that the people of Skopje will be warm this winter
The state company "Electrani na Severna Macedonia" (ESM) will take over the supply of heat energy to consumers from Skopje this winter, after an agreement was reached with the owner of the "Istok" and "Zapad" heating plants, the company "Adora Engineering", for the state rental of heating plants in the upcoming heating season.
In its announcement about the agreement reached, ESM did not mention that "Adora" was offered guarantees that the state would buy the heating plants - this was only revealed later by Vanci Cifliganec's company, in its separate announcement about the agreement reached today.
"Adora Engineering" received firm guarantees that JSC ESM will buy the East and West heating plants and will pay the debt to the company incurred last year on the basis of lease and amortization", the company announced this afternoon, which last year bought the Skopje heating plants from the over-indebted BEG for 9,3 million euros, but also took over the debts of the previous supplier, which it now says the state has agreed to pay.
The President of the Energy Regulatory Commission, Marko Bislimoski, in a statement to "Telma" says that, according to the valid tariff of RKE, the state will pay a little less than 400.000 euros for the use of the Skopje heating plants this winter.
He says that the entire arrangement for the lease will cost exactly 390.000 euros, ie 32.500 euros paid in 12 monthly installments. Bislimoski adds that the license was not granted, but the Government applied Article 6 of the Law on Energy, which enables such functioning of the system, in the context of a crisis.
